  When I informed them that I would be 15 minutes later than my scheduled time, they rescheduled my reservation for a week later. I thought it would be convenient because it's right in front of the station, but if you're even a little late for your reservation, you'll have to reschedule.I think it's good for people who have plenty of time, but it didn't suit me. It was painful, but I gave up because I had already paid quite a lot for the first consultation.
