My father was hospitalized yesterday. I was really grateful that not only the doctor in charge, but also the caseworkers, nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff were all very kind, gentle, and explained things to me in detail. My father's care manager also said, ``Kaiseikai Hospital is good,'' and he was absolutely right. I am grateful that I was admitted to the hospital.

The doctor in charge changes once a year. I had a problem at night, so I called the nurse on duty to ask for help, but she didn't talk to me at all. There's no point in being on duty for what purpose.

I'll never forget the look on my face as my parents drove by crying, telling me they couldn't get their developmental disabilities diagnosed here. I want you to think about it if you were in the opposite position. There's a way to say it. I clearly said, ``There's no way I can get a diagnosis.'' I don't even want to remember what else I said, and it hurts. This is a word that patients love because no one is born with a disease. If you are a teacher of a mental patient, your words can hurt your patient, or they can be an invisible blade. Don't you have the kindness to choose your words? There was a saying that if you can't get a diagnosis, you can't get a diagnosis. Other hospitals told me I'm sorry that I couldn't help you.

I don't really rely on reviews, but I understand why it's so low. Doctor harassment is rampant among doctors and some nurses. Prioritize employees. The patient is left behind. If you don't like it, you should transfer to another hospital. It's a hospital that disrespects its users.

He was hospitalized in West Ward 2. While I was in the hospital, my personal belongings were stolen by staff twice. Even when I asked him about it, he didn't know anything. In addition, there were several staff members (though not all) who regularly treated patients with disrespectful behavior, which made it difficult for them to feel safe in the hospital. The doctor was a female doctor, but she listened to me kindly and I was able to trust her.
