The traditional soy sauce ramen is served in a very old, old-fashioned restaurant.The thick char siu is delicious, and the wontons are delicious as well.It's like the orthodox soy sauce ramen that's becoming rare these days. A store that you want to continue for a long time. The large portion is quite large.

::Ramen average 800 yen It has a mild soy sauce flavor with lots of pork loin. There was a lot of soup, but it wasn't enough, so I sprinkled it with plenty of pepper. The noodles are medium-thin round noodles with curls. It's a nostalgic, ordinary noodle. Ramen only, open during daytime only A store with a retro Showa feel. I parked at a public facility and walked over, but there were five cars parked on the road in front of the store. It's a back street with almost no traffic, but I'm worried that this is the norm. Ramen in Niigata has the impression of being expensive everywhere. I think if you provide more rice dishes, snacks, and toppings, you can increase the cost per customer and lower the price of each item.

::It is a soy sauce ramen specialty store. I visited around 2pm on a Sunday, and there were many customers even after peak hours, which shows how popular it is with the locals. The parking lot was limited so the front of the store was full. There are restaurants around the area, but there was a sign warning us not to park anywhere else. The ramen is standard, with medium-thick noodles. The soup seems to be Nagaoka-style, and I felt that the ginger was effective. It is served in a generous bowl to warm you up. The taste felt a little bland, but it may have been designed to let you taste the soup stock.

I just said the soup wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It's a shame about the noodles. ::2021.4.14 revisited I took my parents there. I received an average amount of Donkara medium spicy, an average amount of Ajihei (wonton), and an average amount of green onion. Customers come in even on weekdays around 13:00! It was delicious as always. I will come back to eat again! Have a medium bowl of green onion ramen. There was a little bit of chashu in it, but the flavor was strong. The soup feels thin at first, but it gets better with each bite, and adding a little pepper halfway through the soup increases the flavor. The noodles were easy to eat and I thought it was a popular local restaurant based on my taste. It was delicious!
