Staffs are very friendly. However, the room is quite small and the 浴場 is shared with public. I had higher expectations for the price.

I reserved the room with Private open-air bath!Public onsen was good too. But…there were carpenter bees. There was hornet! So I killed them. Drinks→There were only coffee at breakfast venue.A staff was kind. She gave us Apple juice.Just for us. If something happens, the staff will great service.

It is old but very well maintained and the room I received--2 double beds and tatami, was huge! The sea water hot spring made my skin really soft and silky. I was able to take a good sleep after using hot spring. The staff members are very helpful and kind. Everything I ate at this place was very delicious.

nice open-air bath and delicious food stayed one night during my travel in Aomori. I was served with a cup of hot tea before my check-in and impressed with the good quality service of the staffs. The breakfast and dinner were Japanese style and so delicious. Especially, as I stayed at the ryokan in the winter season so I was able to enjoy the open-air bath in the snow.

Me and my group stayed here for a day. The wooden building seems to be aged well. Antique interior deco adds on the cozy ryokan feeling. I took a smaller room but it didn't feel crowded. Not sure about larger rooms, but smaller room didnt have a private shower. This wasn't a problem for me since the facility is equipped with onsen. They use seawater so the water is salty. Has two hot tubs, one cold tub, and one outdoor tub. All are quite spacy. Also has one small sauna. Staff was very kind and exhibited the classic motenashi; they saw us off to the station on the departure and waited for the train together. Overall great experience!
