  Get the chargrilled saba (mackerel), it was great, it was my wifes. I had the char grilled chicken that you cook yourself. It was good, but the saba was great. I'm getting the saba next time

  The building the restaurant is in is old looking and in my opinion very beautiful. When going inside you can immediately smell the food, and the food is indeed very nice. The portion sizes are very large for the price. Might have a queue at more popular times.

  Good is really nice with good qualities. Price is very reasonable . Bulging is very traditional and old but for this kind of food that place is enjoyable even though it’s old building. Oita’s famous Toriten is available there . There are some fish item which I like very much . Then you can order yakaniku with cheap price .

  カレイ唐揚定食 ー 5/5. It was so delicious I will DEFINITELY be back for more. ヒレカツ定食 ー The meat was too hard for me but my friend loved it. Flavor was average. とりてん単品 ー Major disappointment. The meat was way too hard and rather flavourless. Wouldn't recommend at all. I loved the 茶碗蒸し though! For the price we paid (~¥2400 total) the food was worth it (except toriten).

  Toriten (fried chicken) set is really good. Don't know how many times had we repeated. It would be better if we can have separate space for non-smokers.
