  Not only are they good at handling the phone, but when I ask for a refinance from another financial institution, they are extremely unfriendly, and I would never want to use this financial institution again. I was hoping for a pleasant transaction until the end, but I was a fool for having such expectations.

  Three months later, I found out that the deceased's family had received a loan, and I tried to confirm the facts and consult with them about repayment, but we couldn't get along (I kept repeating this explanation...) This is a financial institution that is not very good at providing advice.

  Is there still work even though there are no customers? I will think. However, even after customers came in, there was no greeting for a while. I wonder if people don't notice when people come in even though there aren't that many customers... I think the person at the counter would normally call out to me, but the man in the back noticed it first. This is a strange financial institution.
