  The patient visited the hospital with fever and body pain. I was told it would be finished in 30 minutes, but it took over an hour and I didn't hear back. Even if I call you, you're not the only one, so I'm told firmly that there are 6 or 7 people waiting, and then I hang up the phone. Why did you make the reservation?

  Evaluations are quite different between palliative care wards and health checkups and outpatient clinics. The palliative care ward was a good place. My family took care of me. I was able to say a really nice farewell, so I can only be grateful.

  When I ate eel at an eel restaurant, my 3-year-old child got a bone stuck in his throat and couldn't get it out, so I went to see the doctor on duty that day. When I told the doctor, ``I have an eel bone stuck in my mouth,'' he said, ``There's no way there's a bone in the eel we serve at the eel restaurant, and the reason he's crying is because he doesn't like eel.'' I didn't even look. I got angry and said, ``Please take a look!'' He reluctantly took a look, then said, ``No,'' and sent me home. I had no choice but to go to the emergency department of a general hospital, where a large bone was removed. Yamada said, ``I'll send a fax to Aiwa Hospital saying that the bone was removed.'' I wonder what Yamada thought when he saw that. Please do not go unless you are a cancer patient.

  everytime. Thank you for your help in internal medicine. Dr. Yamada listens to his patients' stories and makes me feel at ease. Also, the nurses and office staff were very responsive, and I think they are the best as a family doctor.
