  Good choice of products. There is a good section of vegetables and fruits, and there is usually some seasonal vegetables that have a really good price. Be careful to come early on weekends (or better during weekdays) as many things are sold out already if you are late. There is a good selection of meat and fish too, and they also carry frozen foods. There is a whole section with convenient food like sushi & maki, pre cooked noodles, onigiri and so on. If you are looking for European or other specialities you probably have to go another shop, as they don't carry so much of it.
