  I have witnessed several cases where cars exiting the parking lot of this store drive the wrong way down the one-way Minami-Nagasaki Street, and forcefully turn left at the intersection with Nakano Street, ignoring pedestrians on the crosswalk. The time was from evening to 10pm, and the driver was a woman with a Nerima license plate number. The store is also responsible for cars driving in the wrong direction. If I ever find it again, I'll report it to the police.

This is a typical example of a problem with the response of the owner, the FC in charge, or the store manager, and the staff at the bottom end repeating unthinkable mistakes. I started to hate 7-Eleven itself. I will never use them again.
