  How many times have I had the 7-Eleven app open, but it won't scan? Is it okay if I put my phone away today, since it's always the same person? I asked, and was told yes, but it still wasn't scanned. I was busy last time, so maybe I forgot? That's what I thought, but it's a shame that it happens every time. I'm a woman with long hair.

  2023/10/17 I went shopping around 12:15, and when I asked the cashier for a bag, she replied, ``Yes,'' but then she said, ``Well, what are we going to do with the bag?'' ' was asked.   Why is there a staircase in the toilet? Difficult to use for people with physical disabilities. Why isn't the floor flat? I think it's better to fix it.

  I stop by once in a while, and while I'm probably talking about work inside the store, I think that's something I do in the backyard. Even when there are customers on the display shelves, they prioritize their own work and don't pay attention to them, and they don't move even though I want to see them. There is a lack of training for employees. If you're in the service industry, the customer is your priority. This is not the only convenience store, so next time I will go to another convenience store.

  It's a store I rarely visit, but the clerk remembered that I forgot to pick up my change a few months ago, so I got it today. There is no doubt that this is a store with wonderful staff.
