  A male clerk named ``Hayakawa'' who mainly works the evening and night shift is disgusting. He doesn't even say "Welcome" and the way he speaks is arrogant. I think it's better to avoid it if you don't want to feel uncomfortable.

  I feel like the inside of the store has remained clean ever since the interior was updated. It's well-organized, and the staff's hand-drawn illustrations are cute. I am grateful that they are waiting at the cash register when they see how crowded it is.

  Due to the large number of customers, there are fewer products available on holidays. There is no problem with the store, but the customer service is not good. There are staff members who don't greet you when you enter the store, and who don't count your change. There are some store employees who have good customer service, but the reason there is a difference is that they are not properly trained. This is not the type of store that would be chosen in an age when convenience stores are saturated.
