::The staff were also smiling and had a nice atmosphere!!

::I use the service early in the morning, but the female clerk's service is extremely harsh. Even today with a self-centered attitude I went to work in a fit of anger, but this 7-Eleven... There's nothing else like it. The time I used it this morning was around 5am. The female clerk working those hours. I have experienced it many times.

::What is this store clerk (female)? I went shopping just after 9pm. I bought a lot of ice cream and food. When I got home, I noticed that I didn't even have a pair of disposable chopsticks or a spoon in there, and my attitude was really bad. Is it okay to work like that? Still in the hospitality industry? I'm suspicious of the person who hires me. Other people's reviews have said similar things, so it would be better for the store to improve.

::Older male clerk is unfriendly! When I brought in the bad product, they brought me another one without asking me anything! When I say, ``This isn't very good, is it?'' I ask, ``What should we do?'' If there are no other items available, you will receive a refund. When I said, ``Please refund me,'' I handed over the money. I'm just sorry. I'm sure you'd say that, but...it's all up to the staff and the owner doesn't even come out...It's close by, but I won't go there again.

::The customer service attitude of the staff at Inoue is bad. I use it for errands because it's in my neighborhood, but there are 2-3 people (including Inoue) with such bad attitudes that I'd use them if I had them elsewhere. Do you think it's a hospitality industry? By the looks of it, the employees are between 40 and 60 years old, but despite their age, they can't even say common words like "yes," "excuse me," and "thank you" to customers. This situation hasn't changed since about four years ago. lol It's strange that I don't feel embarrassed, either as a store or as a person. I almost thought they were from a different country. No, this isn't a complaint, it's serious. lol
