  Lately, when I went to buy cigarettes in the middle of the night, I noticed that the store's manager, still wearing his uniform, was smoking with customers in an ashtray outside. I smoke cigarettes myself, but lately I've been wondering what it's like to see someone in a position engaging in such behavior. The smokers at other stores take off their uniforms to smoke, but I think it's not good morals for this manager (as written on his name tag) to openly smoke. I don't know if the store manager tolerates this or if he doesn't know about it, but I think it should be stopped. It looks pretty bad. Especially if it's customer business.
