  People talking in the 7-Eleven parking lot are quite noisy at night. It's the noise level. If it is a managed property, please be careful as it may be a nuisance to the surrounding area.

  This is a 7-Eleven that opened in the early 80's. I remember being very happy when I was in elementary school and my mother bought me a mechanical pencil on the day the store opened. There was a frilled lizard boom in the early 1980s, and a campaign was held at 7-Eleven where if you drank a drink called Postmix from a drink server and earned points, you could receive a coin with a frilled lizard pattern (Australian 2 cent copper coin). I have fond memories of that time. In the convenience store industry, where there is a severe shakeout, the fact that we have been in business for 40 years is proof that we are loved by the local community.
