  The evaluation is subjective and based only on customer service. The two female employees who were working the cash register from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. had excellent customer service. He even told me to take a step back (there's no need to panic), even though he was holding change so I wouldn't rush when a customer was packing bags. For the first time in a while, I was impressed with customer service. thank you!
