A short, fat, elderly lady with a short cut is really creepy. Unfriendly, terrible customer service, I don't want to give even one star. I guess I should just say thank you for coming.

Customer service is good However, when I received the towel, it was dry, and when I sniffed it, it smelled a little sour. I compared it with the one I got at another store and it was almost odorless.
