  The young staff in the evening and at night are very unpleasant. I was shocked at how bad the customer service was. That's a shame for the staff at 7-Eleven.

  Very poor customer service. There was no "Welcome" or "Thank you" at all, and even while I was paying at the cash register, they continued to stock up on hot drinks, which was extremely annoying. There are also people who have written reviews about the poor customer service, and I think that's true. I'll never go again

  If the owner and manager of this store are decent, they need to properly train their employees on customer service. All I can say is thank you for coming.
