When I decided to write about it, I read everyone's reviews. After all, that old lady has a bad reputation. From the moment I entered the store, I started chatting with my part-time worker. I can't greet people, and even when I stand in front of the cash register, they don't notice me, so when I call them, they don't say a word. It was still as per the reviews.

The lady that other people have said was terrible. A typical office type who grabs young part-time workers and talks lazily to them. When I happened to use it to return a package, I simply said, "Is it Mercari?" When I answered, "No, it's not," she saw a barcode displayed on the return processing screen and said, "There's a barcode, so it's Mercari, right?!" A person who despises the hospitality industry and should not appear in public. teeth? I don't use Mercari so I don't know.

An old lady clerk who is often there during the day, regardless of the day of the week. When I point out that I forgot to put in things like straws or other items I ordered, they just put them in without saying anything with a disgruntled look on their faces. The same thing happened not just once, but several times. As a store clerk, I don't tell customers to be quiet, but as an adult, the store manager or owner should give them proper guidance so that they can at least say "sorry" when they make a mistake. The other store staff are very friendly and always make me feel good while shopping.

An old lady clerk who is there at 8am. Don't say a single word. Are you insulting customers? That's what it feels like. I've been feeling sick since this morning. I'm not telling you to be friendly, but at least talk.

Auntie's clerk. I submitted a coupon, but there was no discount, so when I asked about it, she looked grumpy and said there was no discount, but without apologizing, she mumbled and refunded my money. Didn't you learn in elementary school that you're sorry if you make a mistake?
