  The convenience store with the worst customer service in Obihiro. I have never been treated properly even once.

  Convenience store products are expensive. Rice balls and bento boxes have become really expensive. Seven may be very particular about product development, but as a user, I don't have that particular preference for luxury products. I think we've come to an age where customers are no longer satisfied with just being convenient because it's open all the time. If convenience is your selling point, why not operate as a low-priced specialty store and operate your business in a way that is close to the consumer? Recently, the number of 7-Elevens that are not open 24 hours a day is increasing, and isn't that just due to a lack of staff?

  The customer service of an older woman who seemed to be the manager was so pushy that I stopped going there. I'd say they're too close, but their attitude and language are really unpleasant. Instead of guiding the person in line to an empty cash register, I saw another customer go to an empty register and be warned. I think something is different.

  This is one of the convenience stores that I use from time to time. The store is located along the national highway, so it's relatively easy to get into, but if you're waiting at a traffic light, it can be difficult to find a parking space depending on the time of day. There is also a used car sales store nearby, so I sometimes see the employees and staff working there. The purchase price is almost the same as other convenience stores.
