::The bonito sashimi has the Usa Dore sticker on it, and on days when it's seared, it's the same morning as the sashimi, so it's super fresh and recommended.The meat is Tosa Wagyu beef, which is also recommended, and the pork is nice and tender. Personally, I like chirashi sushi, okara, and oden. The side dishes and bento boxes are generally sweet, which I like, but they may not be suitable for people who don't like sweets. The side dish packs are on sale for 100 yen every Saturday, so why not go and check them out? I live in Takaoka, but I go there often.
