I used it the other day. The amount of dust on the air conditioner intake vent was so amazing that it was a little scary. It's a good idea to clean not only the area below eye level, but also the area above. People with house dust allergies will also come. Also, there was noticeable deterioration around the door. When receiving directions, I am told to wait in the seat of ○○ color, but I can only say that this is unkind to people with color blindness. Since he specializes in ophthalmology, I would like him to be attentive to this. Also, although it has been quite some time since the coronavirus situation was classified as Type 5, I have been asked to wear a mask. They ask me if I have one, and if I answer that I don't, they ``request'' me to wear it, and I'll give them a new one, so please wear it. When I told them I didn't like it, I was threatened that if I didn't wear it, I wouldn't be able to take the test. Since it is just a "request" or "request" and not a "command," "instruction," or "regulation," there should still be an option not to wear it. . . I also found it strange that they were asked to take the test during the third test, and I didn't want to be interrupted there, so I followed the "order" and wore it, but it was unpleasant. I wish they would at least provide such information at the reception.

The facility is very clean and has a good location, close to Yokosuka Chuo Station. I can see that the office staff and nurses are efficient and popular. It was very crowded, but perhaps because I made an appointment for my first visit, I didn't have to wait long to be seen. You can also use cash and credit cards!

Lately, I have been working a lot on my computer and have been losing focus, so this was my first time seeing an eye doctor other than wearing glasses and contact lenses. I thought it would be scary if I had an eye disease, so I looked at Google reviews and chose this eye clinic as it seemed like a big one. When I entered, there were a lot of patients, and I felt at ease knowing that it was a popular ophthalmology clinic. The receptionist was also very efficient, and the doctor listened to all the details, which made me feel at ease. I want to use my eyes for the rest of my life, so I decided to go here for regular checkups.

Great experience! I went for a contact prescription. Very friendly staff. The eye doctor spoke English and the support staff used a translator device. I went because a friend recommended. Made an appointment beforehand and the whole experience maybe took around an hour. They are very efficient for how many patients were there. I'll be back again next year! It cost less than ¥6000 without insurance.

I was touched by how sincere and helpful the examining staff lady was! 2/2022 My main purpose for the visit was just to get a prescription for stronger contact lenses- right eye was feeling gritty with the lens inside, but I had only mentioned it slightly to the 1F Wakakusa Contacts lady. (And that is nothing new, going on for years, eye doctors have checked and seen no abnormality and I had given up on this.) The examiner read the note and let me know of one thing I could try (changing the contact lens type - I would have to pay more monthly), gave me lots of thorough explanations. Examination ended and I was waiting for the doctor’s checkup- then she came back to ask me if I had a few more minutes. She had thought of something else I could try, which was changing the base curve or something (despite the explanations, it was beyond my comprehension…). She let me try a pair of lenses, gave me more explanations… with concern that there is a possibility that it might not work for my eyes, which means more visits to the doctor… but would I still like to give it a try (no extra fee for those lenses). I could sense that she really wanted to help me find a solution. So, very thankful for that :) The male doctor was… not exactly friendly, but that is fine, lol. (The ordered lenses have yet to arrive. They have to place a special order for my horrible eyesight…. Four day wait.)
