  Cozy and comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly and hospitality. The room is not gorgeous but very clean and comfortable. Very near from Ueno station.

  Stayed here twice now. Awesome place, best clothes dryer ever. English spoken and great location!

  Worth for its price and location. Ueno is a nice place for your last night stay if you are leaving next day from Narita airport.

  I love to stay here. It's great location, near JR/subway, and easy to go to/from Narita Airport. Staff is good in English. Recommended !!

  Great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. So central for food,shopping ,trains and great bars. Second time I have stayed here.
