::Room is relatively big and clean Love the auto Toto toilet system and shower system Front desk is very helpful esp one tall guy (named J.Koo) who can understand Eng quite well Very convenient location, nice breakfast (and the lady who says “Good morning” to everyone has made up my day) Highly recommended

::Staff are friendly but certainly issues with this hotel, the room has multiple burnt out lights, plugs are worn out so plugging things in is very difficult. They say the have a buffet breakfast until 10 but I went at 9 and there was no food so the meal ticket is worth nothing unless you are there at 7 when it opens. Nothing great about this place other than the location.

::Location: Accessible to a lot of restaurants, chinatown, local izakaya, sightseeing around kobe, near station Service: i love tokyu rei in terms of customer service and price. Free coffee and tea in the afternoon. Room: it was clean accept the bathroom has some molds under the shower area, but toilet is clean with bidet. Recommending this area if you want to explore Kansai with less tourist and a lot of small local businesses.

::Room was quiet. Which is what i was mainly looking for. Shower excellent(from above, side and hand held !!). Room super small. Best for solo traveller. Most staff ok. 👌 one or two a little odd. Chinese staff guy the most friendly. No cigarette smell on floor or room or foyer. Next to China town.

In the morning, they also have buffet breakfast which is quite nice. The food variety is not a lot but the pastry, egg, curry, salad is good. Wifi is available.
