  The room is extremely hot. The thermostat is only a knob that says low, medium, and high. The vents blow hot (~85°F or ~30°C) dry air all night and you will not be able to sleep. I have never had to open the window at a hotel until now. Even the air purifier shuts off permanently after a while. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. Yes, it's cheap, but do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a room at the Hilton tokyo bay instead. First Resort isn't even a good value because I would rather stay at a toyoko inn or sotetsu fresa. They are cheaper and have modern amenities such as....an air conditioner. It isn't even very close to the monorail station. The most bizarre hotel experience I have ever had in Japan or the USA. Am I in a Disney hotel or gone out camping in the summer?

  For what we paid, this hotel was excellent. Highly recommend upgrading to their themed rooms for a few extra dollars. They have shuttle service to JR Maihama station and Disneyland running every 6-8 minutes from 7 am to 10:50pm when we stayed and another service going to Bayfront station every 5-8 minutes. Room was well equiped with necessities and the connectivity of it to the Disney parks was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to go to Disney parks.

  Room is spacious for Japan hotel room standard. Staff are helpful. Shuttle bus makes going to disneyland/train station convenient. But can improve on sign board directing to shuttle bus location from train station, took a while to find out the shuttle bus location in the maihama train station

  Absolutely dreadful. For the price we’ve paid, which is not cheap and not very different from the Hilton’s rate, they refused to help us with the luggage and didn’t provide drinking water or iron when requested. The room itself has outdated furniture and is not clean. The blanket has stains.

  My hotel room was dirty. There were some leftover trash from previous stays, the shower room was dirty, walls had lots of grimes and yellowish stuff which could have been easily removed with simple brush. This alone makes you think everything else feels dirty and lots of dust in the corners. The location was good. Even for an old hotel, it looks maintained outside but was disappointed with cleanliness in some parts of room. Judgement was based on all common business hotels in japan, I rate it very low
