  Nice hotel. Right next to the slope and I wouldn't miss out on the dinner or breakfast. Totally worth it.

  The best thing about Rurikura resort is the close proximity to the lift and other conveniences within walking distance. The onsen is small but it hardly ever got crowded. The food is similar to those ski resorts around. No complain there, surely enough variety. They have a bar and that’s a necessity when weather turns bad. The room is basic and in the smaller size.

  Stayed here using the Go-To Travel campaign. Some facilities were closed (e.g. karaoke room, pool, buffet breakfast) due to Covid-19. Nevertheless, great hospitality, everyone was friendly and attentive, great food, and clean room. Ski slope is right nearby so the location is perfect for ski lovers.

  Place is more modern than other ryokan style joints. Breakfast and dinner are provided. There are about 6-8 dinner menu options and are more than sufficient to rotate different options for each night. Dinner for quality is excellent. Had a twin sharing room which was decent although the carpet was a bit old. Onsen is nice. Location wise, it is next to one of the 3 main ski lifts. Overall had a decent experience here.
