  ドッグカフェを併設しているジム。プロテインシェイク500円をいただいた。ジムエリアにいる人は皆しっかりした身体をしていた。

  （年末年始を除く）年中無休で6時より23時までやってますが、私はもっぱら早朝です。朝の時間帯は人が少なく自分のペースで動けるのがありがたいですね。スタッフの方も親切でトレーニング上の相談にものってくれますし、時間があればキックを織り交ぜながらのボクササイズ的トレーニングにも付き合ってくれます（暇な時だけだとは思いますけど）。どちらかというとハードなトレーニングを志向する人に向いていると思います。とはいえ女性も結構目立ちます。タオルは貸してくれます。プロテインドリンクも無料。シャワーあり。

  They have a tiered pricing structure based on gender. Men are expected to pay twice the amount of women. Precisely when did a gym, where people are supposed to work out, become a nightclub?

  Went in the other day, and I just loved the place. For expats with tattoos like me, going to other gym becomes stressful with so many rules, but with this gym, it felt like home. Love the environment, nice staff and workout atmosphere. Its not crowded so, I can do my circuits as well. Glad to find this gym. I really recommend it.
