  女性でも通いやすい、よい雰囲気のジムです。先生達は優しくて丁寧に教えるので本気を出したくなります。 ベーシッククラスから上級レベルまでのクラスの他、女性専用のクラス、子供向けのクラスもあります。どのレベル、年齢、性別、国籍の方でも気軽に通えます。設備は綺麗です。 ムエタイ経験ゼロだったので初めて入った時は緊張しましたが、早くアットホームな気持ちになりました(そしてムエタイにはまってしまいました)。 体験レッスンが出来ます。是非お試し下さい ! A very nice Muay Thai club in Kagurazaka ! The teachers and assistants are very welcoming and provide good quality teaching. The facilities are nice and clean. All levels, genders, ages and nationalities are welcome. Entering the first time can feel a little intimidating but the staff and other students will soon make you feel at home ! A basic level of Japanese might be recommended to understand the class but is not 100% necessary as teachers will show you the moves. If you do not speak Japanese at all I recommend coming with a Japanese speaker the first time to help you with the formalities. You can do a try-out class as well.

  Foreigner friendly (don't worry about not speaking Japanese, you'll learn from observation), beginner friendly, (clumsy & slow people friendly too! Ahah!) with a great and kind team of teachers and assistants. Everyone is very welcoming. They offer special kickboxing classes for women; basic and more advanced Muay Thai classes. You can rent material or buy your own. Monthly cost is reasonable (especially considering how well they teach and how frequently you can use the gym!). Thursday is their day off. Usually open from 2pm until evening, earlier on weekends. Highly recommend.
