I felt even more disappointed because the doctors in my department and the nurses who took blood samples were all kind and pleasant. I feel bad when the front desk, the face of the hospital, treats people like this, so I hope things get better...! The inside of the hospital is clean and I'm glad that you can drink water and tea for free, so I think it's a good hospital!

It's a really scary place where there is no coordination.
