  The sake rice (Yui no Ka) risotto with whelks from Ofunato, asparagus from Morioka, and spinach has a bubble-like texture from the sake rice⁡The seasoning is also great👍⁡ ⁡Definitely the best risotto I've ever eaten. 1😎👍🏻 ̖́-⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡It was really delicious♡⁡⁡

  I think it's tough because he's managing the whole thing by himself, but he's also great at making elaborate and delicious dishes, working efficiently, and dealing with customers at the counter. It's a nice shop with a good sense of wine selection, cheap and delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere.

  An Italian bar made with local ingredients purchased directly from the farm that day. I've been working with you since we first opened, and many of you have become friends here. There are 6 counter seats and 8 tables, so you can enjoy it alone or with a group of people!
