  I started going to the dentist because it was close to me. I was nervous since I had been commuting to the city, but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful they were when making reservations over the phone. I'm about to start going for treatment, so I want my family to take care of me. The inside of the hospital was also very clean (*^^*) I'm glad it's a beautiful place after all!

  I went to see a specialist in periodontal disease. From the moment I made my reservation over the phone, I was treated with courtesy and there was no waiting time to be seen. The doctor also explained in detail while drawing pictures on the X-ray images, and thoroughly talked about the treatment plan, advantages, and disadvantages. I have never received such a thorough explanation! I was surprised to see other people's reviews, but that wasn't the case at all. My family also decided to attend.

I didn't even check to see if I was under anesthesia, so they had my tooth pulled out, and the next day I developed a fever. When I called and told them that I would be 5 minutes late, they refused my appointment because they said they could not perform the treatment, and it would be 2-3 weeks until my next appointment. When I was waiting for a doctor's appointment, I had to deal with people who were late like me by answering the phone, and it was obvious that I was choosing patients in a roundabout way, so I stopped going there.
